Lauren Burns is a writer, advocate and aeronautical engineer living on Bunurong country in coastal Victoria, Australia.

Lauren is the author of Triple Helix: My donor-conceived story (UQP 2022). She was featured in a two-part Australian Story, ‘Searching for C11’, which won the 2014 Walkley Award for Social Equity Journalism.

She has a Ph.D in Aerospace Engineering.
